part of me wonders if the writers/folks in charge sat back after this episode and said “…well, shit”. because, while ymmv, imo emma had way more chemistry and ust with jefferson in “hat trick” than she’s had in sum with august… even when jefferson wasn’t creeping in rather sexual-badtouch ways on her.

as much as it’s wrong to ship it given the circumstances, they can’t honestly be so naive as to not have seen at least a fraction of the shipping coming. i mean… look at them.

(tho, again, ymmv- no offense to august lovers, but he personally leaves me cold!)
